Can I get custom products made due to allergies?
Yes! Any order can be customized to your individual needs. Certain oils can be adjusted as well as other ingredients. We will do our best to accomodate any customer's needs. If you have a special request for an order please email us at . We will get your order taken care of from there.
I believe I am located near your business. Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes we do! We are located in Decatur, Indiana about 25 miles south of Fort Wayne. We are happy to have customers pick up their orders. There are a few options available to do so. You can order from our Facebook page by commenting on items you want or sending us a message. Be sure to tell us you will be picking up your items. We will then invoice you via email and omit shipping charges. You may also email your order to us at and tell us local pick-up. We will invoice you via email. Or just order your items from our online store and then email us at and let us know you would like to do local pick-up. We will then refund your shipping charges.
I don't see a product that I would like...what should I do?
We are constantly creating new products and testing them. If they pass with our test groups then we add them to our product line as quickly as possible. If you know of a product you would like to have, please do not hesitate to tell us! Email us at and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
What is the optimal way of storing these products?
Most of the products we offer can be stored just as you would any other similar product. Our products do have shorter shelf lives due to the lack of preservatives in them. Most still have a stable shelf life of 3 months to one year, depending on when they are opened Once opened, most products should be used within 3 months. Some products may do better if stored in a cool, dry, dark cabinet. Items such as the body butters could melt some if they get too warm. They are still perfectly fine to use as usual but may be a bit messier. If you are unsure, just store in a cool, dry place and your product should be just fine. Some separation in the products is normal, again due to the lack of chemcial emulsifiers used . If you notice any separation, just simply stir/shake the product and use as usual!
